"Sleeping Diet" - Develop the habit of sleeping on time:

Diet is not only for food you eat, but also for the time you sleep. Because if you sleep less or more that certain amount of time, then it will lead to bad health and reported to give high death rates. I read a research article regarding this, which states that normal adult human should only sleep for 5 hour a day. If you are sleeping more or less than 5 hour, then you are losing your days of active life.

Anything you practice for 21 days will become your habit. So start sleeping on time and getup after good (required) sleep. Do not compromise your sleep with any other important task. Because sleeping is the rejuvenation period for human. You gain lots of positive energy from a deep sleep. Hence, plan your day accordingly and afford the amount of sleep your body deserves.
